About the Role
We're looking for someone who lives in Meta Ads Manager. Someone who genuinely understands paid performance, not just posting schedules and trending audio.
You know audiences, placements, budgets, creative pairings, and you can run ads that actually perform.
Google Ads? Nice to have.
Organic social? Light touch, mostly our own brand and the occasional sprinkle of "we're fun, we swear."
Community management? Absolutely not. We don't moderate comment battles.
What You'll Be Doing
Build, manage, and optimise paid Meta campaigns across lead gen, traffic, conversions, and whatever exciting things Meta invents next.
Support growth across ecommerce and service-based brands, focusing on performance, positive ROAS, and smart budget use.
E-commerce (when relevant): Manage basic Meta shop/catalogue campaigns and keep product feeds accurate and healthy.
Analyse performance and make clear, data-backed recommendations.
Develop simple content calendars and assist with Zeal's own organic social presence.
Collaborate with our SEO, PPC, and creative teams.
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, formats, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience (this is a must-have).
Ability to manage budgets, create audiences, optimise campaigns, and report clearly.
Comfort with basics (Meta insights, GA4, Looker Studio etc.).




A growth mindset and willingness to test, learn, and refine.
Strong communication ( we love simple, human explanations).
Reliability, initiative, and long-term commitment to growing with the team.
Full Australian work rights
Comfortable working onsite in Parramatta
Agency experience is helpful, but not essential.
