Hervey Bay RSL
is located on the beautiful Fraser Coast. The Club is the premier entertainment venue in the region experiencing growth in Hervey Bay.
The Club's facilities include: 280 gaming machines, 4 bars, TAB and Keno, billiards and pool tables, child care centre, bottleshop, 3 functions rooms, 180 seat restaurant, 160 seat deck and 100 seat cafe.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Food and Beverage Attendants
who have a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of the Hervey Bay RSL Club's front of house facilities.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Setting up and closing down of servery areas
Serving meals
Assisting in servery, when required
Accurately recording transactions on the register
Adhering to RSA & RSG policies
Wastage control
Following safe work procedures
Customer service
General cleaning of work areas
General waiting duties
This role has casual hours, with a weekly roster. Shifts range from morning starts to late finishing times. Must be available days, nights, weekends,



public holidays and split shifts.
About you
As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long‐term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
To be considered for this role, you
MUST
have relevant experience, skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry and required certificates.

Exceptional Customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
Till operations
Money handling skills
Previous waiting experience
Barista experience
Team worker, pleasant vibrant personality
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience
Current RSA and RSG statement of attainments
Must be eligible to gain a National Police Certificate for employment
Current Food Handlers Certificate
