Graduate Management Trainee

Where your growth matters
Our 2‐year rotational Management Development Program (MDP) is designed to support your learning and development across a range of business areas, including operations, leadership, and strategy.
You'll gain hands‐on experience across our sites while being supported by experienced leaders who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey. This is a program where you can build confidence, develop practical skills, and explore where your strengths and interests lie.
Throughout The Program, You'll Have The Opportunity To
Learn how our concrete plants and quarries operate
Work alongside production and operational teams
Contribute to planning, budgeting, and business improvement initiatives
Experience both metropolitan and regional locations across Australia

To be eligible, you should be completing your degree this year or have graduated within the last two years with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with full Australian work rights and a current driver's licence.
What You'll Receive
A total package of approximately $100,000, including:
Starting salary of $69,500 plus superannuation
Fully maintained company vehicle
Mobile phone and laptop
Relocation support where required
Structured technical and leadership development
Ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders
Exposure to different areas of the business to help shape your career path
Our recruitment process

Video interview: A chance for us to learn more about you and what interests you about the program.
Psychometric assessments: Complete online cognitive and personality assessments.
Assessment centre: Meet our people, learn more about the program, and take part in collaborative activities and a one‐on‐one conversation. This will be held in our Parramatta office on 19 August.
Medical & offer: Final candidates will complete a pre‐employment medical before offers are made.
