Regis Aged Care invites applications for a permanent full-time kitchen leadership role on an 18-month contract. You will deliver high-quality meals, lead the kitchen team, manage menus, stock, and food safety, working with the General Manager and care teams to support residents' wellbeing.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or related diploma), proven leadership in a commercial kitchen, and solid budget/food cost management.
