This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior nurse who is passionate about quality care, teamwork, and resident wellbeing. Key accountabilities: Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff Develop care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care team Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation To be successful, you will have Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
