For more than 18 years Bannister Downs has been delivering fresh milk throughout the South West and surrounding areas, based from our Donnybrook Depot.
Customer care is very significant to us and we are looking for a new team member to share the available shifts, and assist our team to provide a reliable and friendly delivery service for our customers. The position is a permanent part time role, or could be casual if preferred.

About the role
The key role of our delivery team is to provide accurate deliveries for each of our customers and maintain their trust in our ability to service them.
The suitable candidate will be able to cope with some flexibility and ad hoc situations in the course of the day, as well as being accurate and courteous for each delivery.
This role will suit someone who is keen on early starts (from 5.30am) and generally most shifts are finished mid-afternoon, from Monday to Fridays.
We are looking for a person who is very reliable and honest, takes care of equipment and our customers, and behaves with awareness of safety at all times. It is essential to have the ability to work in a small team in a respectful and positive manner.
This role includes some management of the stock at the end of each shift and care of our vehicles (cleaning) as well as communication with the admin team regarding customer feedback and/or supplies and stock.
A minimum of an LR licence is essential
, a forklift ticket is desirable (but not essential) and whilst previous experience with delivery driving is useful, we can provide training.

Essential Skills include -

experience with managing stock rotation and organisation on a daily basis;

good sense of navigation in general
