About The Role
Maintain and prepare Group financial reporting, including consolidated P&L; and Balance Sheet reports, management packs and executive reporting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of underlying reporting models and data.
Prepare accruals, journals and other month end adjustments to support accurate financial reporting.
Analyse regional, departmental and Group financial performance against forecast and prior year, providing clear commentary on key drivers, risks and opportunities.
Support the forecasting process through consolidation of global inputs and preparation of operating expense forecasts.
Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance to provide analysis, insights and support informed decision‐making.
Drive cost management initiatives through analysis of operational expenditure and identification of efficiency opportunities.




Leverage systems, automation and data analytics to improve reporting, enhance insights and reduce manual processes.
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and commercial insights to support senior leadership and strategic decision‐making.
About You
Degree/qualification in a relevant field i.e. Finance, Accounting
CA or CPA part qualified or intention to complete
Proven success in similar Finance / Business Partner activities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non‐finance stakeholders.
Experience in working to deadlines and providing timely, accurate & useful reporting
A proactive problem solver who thrives on continuous improvement, automation and delivering meaningful business insights.
