Job Overview
Busy Bees is seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Lara.
The role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging workplace where children feel supported and inspired to learn.
Responsibilities
Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Supporting daily routines, activities and supervision of children
Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
Qualifications
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check for VIC
Experience working as an educator within Australia is highly regarded
Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
