The Opportunity
Due to our sustained growth, we are currently seeking a
Mechanical Engineer
to join our Minerals Processing Brownfields team located in Adelaide. If you're a self-motivated, results-driven individual passionate about developing your engineering skills and experience, this role is for you.
This position reports directly to the Mechanical Team Lead and involves developing mechanical design solutions and associated design deliverables on projects from concept through to detailed design for our clients.
Key responsibilities
Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, engineering scopes and other design documentation
Perform mechanical and piping design calculations and analysis
Develop mechanical and piping design concepts
Liaise with equipment vendors and obtain inputs for the engineering design




Provide engineering inputs to 3D modelling and 2D drawings
Perform tasks in accordance with project budgets and schedules
Qualifications, skills and experience:
The candidate must demonstrate the following attributes;
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a design/consultancy environment
Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
Ability to work independently and seek guidance where necessary
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Clear and concise technical writing skills
