Join our Joondalup Contact Centre in June as a Member Solutions Consultant and be among the first point of contact for more than 1.3 million members.
Responsibilities
Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full‐time training and ongoing development.
Serve as the first point of contact for around ***** RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.
Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering supportive, high‐quality conversations with members.
Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
Work alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates success.
Meet compliance requirements set by regulatory standards.
Work full‐time permanent shifts (Monday–Friday: 6am–*****pm, Saturday–Sunday: 8am–6pm) including nights, weekends and public holidays where applicable.
Qualifications
Adaptable customer service professionals.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members.
Experience working in fast‐paced environments with KPIs and sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport.




Empathy and resilience when supporting members through challenging situations.
Available to work required shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays where applicable.
Full Australian working rights.
