Overview
This is a phone-based Call centre Customer Services Officer role within a small team in a community care organisation. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, families, and staff, providing information and coordinating services across aged care, disability, nursing, allied health and social support. The role is customer-focused and values empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and resolve calls with a strong "customer first" approach.
Build rapport with customers and families, including those who may be uncertain and require support.




Coordinate support services to match customer needs and support worker skill.
Accurately record information in the CRM and other systems.
About
Contact centre experience (inbound/outbound preferred).
Available Monday–Friday between 6am–8pm (38 hours a week).
Robust communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems.
Experience in aged care or disability is helpful but not essential.
Note: Requirements
Full Australian work rights to work full time (no student visa).
Recent Police Clearance (within 6 months).
Able to apply NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Flu vaccination required (mandated for this sector).
