Your Role
Whether you're joining us as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while leading and inspiring your team to deliver operational excellence.
Together, you'll:
Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences every day
Recruit, coach and develop a passionate, high-performing team
Create an engaging, positive and inclusive store culture




Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards
Drive sales performance while achieving commercial and financial targets
Ensure stock, merchandising, compliance and store presentation reflect the Koko Black brand
Build a team that brings our passion for premium chocolate and customer service to life
About You
You'll bring:
Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or premium customer service
Experience working in an airport retail environment is highly regarded, with an understanding of the unique operating hours and fast-paced nature of airport retail
A passion for coaching and developing people
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results
A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
Energy, adaptability and excitement about launching a brand-new store
Availability to work a flexible roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
