The Role:
Build SEO Strategies
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for brands across Healthcare, Law, eCommerce and B2B. This includes conducting keyword research, planning content topics, and reviewing site architecture to improve organic search performance. Work alongside our award SEO team to develop technical strategies that propel aspiring brands into competitive markets that lead to real business growth, not just increased traffic.
Collaborate closely with our content writer to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content. Work with our design team to create infographics and images that support and enhance the content.
Run the deep-dive strategy sessions




Proper working sessions on real accounts - where the strategy gets built out loud and the team learns by watching it happen, then doing it themselves.
Set the standard
Help build templates, playbooks, and QA, what "good" looks like at AEK. Right now a lot of our experience lives in people's heads. We need to get it out and onto the page.
Push into AI search
Take an evidence-based approach to evolve our strategies in this changing search landscape.

Requirements for the Role:
SEO Expertise:
3+ years of experience in SEO, with a solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Curiosity is Key:
A key value at AEK Media is "No Black Boxes." Our success comes from a strong desire to understand the inner workings of all that we do, creating strategies that produce results, not just platitudes.
Tool Proficiency:
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and 3rd party tools (such as Ahrefs, and SEMrush).
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyse data and metrics, using insights to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Detail-Oriented:
Solid attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment:
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
