You will be supported by
Dedicated Property Management Coordinator
Full-time Leasing Manager and Field Services Officer (no leasing duties)
Property Management Administration support
Virtual Assistants who assist with lease renewals, notices, and administration
Experienced Team Leader and ongoing industry training

The Role
Manage a residential portfolio of approximately ******* properties
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance and tenancy matters
Manage lease renewals, arrears, and client communication
Deliver exceptional customer service while working as part of a highly supportive team
About You
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Experience managing your own residential portfolio
Current driver's licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, customer-focused approach
Confidence using technology and property management systems
