As the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining safety standards, and driving high performance within our fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position combines active on-the-floor leadership, working closely with the team to ensure strong engagement, open communication, and efficient day-to-day operations.
Schedule and Pay
Shift Rotational Roster: 12-hour shifts on a 4-week rotation, including both day and night shifts, with a full week off every cycle
Pay: base rate + shift loading + overtime
Location: Yatala, Queensland
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise a team of trade and non-trade members to achieve daily targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues promptly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Operate and monitor production machines and equipment.
What You'll Bring




Previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing (Printing desirable) or FMCG.
Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a team in a high-volume environment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends).
