Events Marketing Manager | Sydney (Hybrid) | $120k–130k + Super
Own the events. Own the pipeline. Own the impact.
We're looking for a high-energy, experienced Events Marketing Manager to take full, hands‐on ownership of the Australian events program for a fast‐scaling AI company disrupting the legal industry.
This isn't a support role. You'll own the full events lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and building the calendar, through to logistics, delivery, follow‐up and reporting — working closely with Marketing and Sales to turn events into high-quality leads, demos and pipeline.
You'll be joining at the most exciting inflection point: proven product‐market fit, a product that users genuinely love, and a business scaling fast. Small team, real autonomy, and a genuine seat at the table.
What you'll do
Build and manage the events calendar — conferences, sponsorships, roundtables, webinars and sales-led activations
Coordinate the global webinar program, supporting local teams with plans, assets and delivery
Own end‐to‐end event delivery, from planning through to post‐event follow‐up
Identify and evaluate new event opportunities based on audience fit, strategic value and ROI
Manage budgets, venues, suppliers, registrations, travel, technology and logistics
Be hands‐on at events — setup, speaker briefings, attendee engagement, troubleshooting, pack‐down
Coordinate event materials — decks,



brochures, landing pages, emails, signage and social assets
Build strong relationships with industry bodies, event organisers and sponsorship partners
Track registrations, attendance, leads, meetings and pipeline influence in HubSpot
Report on what's working, what's not, and where to invest next
What you'll bring
3-4 years' experience in events, field marketing, campaign marketing within SaaS ideally
Proven experience personally delivering conferences, sponsorships, roundtables and webinars
Robust project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and priorities
A commercial mindset — you understand how events drive brand growth, pipeline and revenue
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
SaaS, legal technology, AI or professional services background highly regarded
Based in Sydney, with flexibility to travel interstate regularly
