With a loyal client base, strong leadership, and a supportive team culture, they continue to experience steady growth and are now seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to take ownership of their leasing function.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Consultant or Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working autonomously.
As the Leasing Manager, you will manage the end‐to‐end leasing process, ensuring properties are leased efficiently while providing a seamless experience for landlords, tenants, and the Property Management team. This is a highly visible role where you will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end‐to‐end leasing process across a residential portfolio
Conduct home opens and private inspections
Process and assess tenancy applications
Liaise with prospective tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process
Coordinate smooth handovers to the Property Management team




Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in residential leasing or property management
Current WA Real Estate Registration (essential)
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
A proactive and professional approach to your work
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced setting
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
