About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer
to design, develop, customise, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform modules. You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, UI Policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow modules including
ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal
.
Develop integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs
and
Integration Hub
.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams,



and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting one or more of the following modules:
ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Service Portal
.
Experience building integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs
and
Integration Hub
.
Strong experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI Policies, client scripts, forms, and catalog items.
Positive understanding of
ITIL
principles and
Agile/Scrum
delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
