What You'll Be Doing
Providing advice and guidance on payroll matters, resolving complex enquiries and supporting the business with payroll-related questions.
Reviewing payroll processes, identifying improvements and helping implement more efficient ways of working.
Supporting payroll compliance across legislation, awards, superannuation and tax requirements.
Working with payroll systems, including iChris, to support upgrades, enhancements, testing and ongoing system effectiveness.
Partnering with Finance, People & Culture and other stakeholders to investigate issues,



implement changes and improve service delivery.
Assisting with payroll processing and operational tasks when required, while balancing project and improvement work.
What Great Looks Like
You bring 5+ years of payroll experience and a strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, superannuation and compliance requirements.
You've worked across end-to-end payroll and enjoy being the person others turn to for guidance when a payroll issue isn't straightforward.
You take initiative, looking for ways to improve processes, systems and controls rather than waiting for problems to arise.
You're comfortable balancing day-to-day priorities with project-based work and can adapt when the workload shifts.
You build strong relationships across teams and can explain complex payroll matters in a practical, easy-to-understand way.
