The Dairy Ravensbourne is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our events-focused kitchen in Westbrook, Queensland. You will lead alongside the Head Chef to craft memorable wedding and function menus, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impeccable food safety across high-volume services.
As a key member of the team, you'll mentor junior staff, manage stock and menus, and step into the Head Chef role when required during peak events. Evening and weekend availability is required.
