You'll be joining a builder with a strong reputation, a healthy project pipeline, and a genuine focus on delivering quality rather than chasing volume. They're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front,
building strong relationships with subcontractors, and taking pride in producing an exceptional finished product.
Desired Experience
Experience delivering residential apartment or medium/high‐density projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades
A proactive approach to programming, quality and safety
The confidence to manage projects from structure through to completion
