Our client is seeking a motivated
Assistant Property Manager
to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Routine Inspections:
Complete routine inspections, including virtual reports.
Send reports to owners and tenants and process charges in Property Tree.
Communicate maintenance requirements with tenants where required.
Property Condition Reports (PCRs):
Schedule and complete ingoing and outgoing PCRs.
Prepare 360 reports with photos and comments.
Process PCR charges in Property Tree.
Issue ingoing reports to tenants and hand over completed outgoing reports for processing.
Leasing & Tenant Onboarding:
Coordinate approved applicants.
Arrange key collection.
Complete recent tenant checklists.
Complete vacating tenant checklists.
Receive and process returned keys.
Maintenance:
Respond to tenant maintenance requests.
Assess requests and log valid jobs through TAPI.
Notify owners where required.
Arrange quotes, repairs and access when needed.
Requirements
Over 18 years of age.
Completion of a DMIRS-approved Property Management Registration Course.
Currently undertaking an apprenticeship or traineeship under a formal employment contract.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
