Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, service-based qualified who has the passion and skills required to provide exceptional customer service.
About the Role
We are currently looking for a Building Manager. As a Building Manager, you are responsible for overseeing daily operations and will be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, builders, and property managers.



You will receive continuous support and assistance from the management team who will provide training and guidance to help with your transition into the role.
Ensuring By-Law compliance
Complaint handling and resolution
Coordination of contractors
Preventative maintenance management
Undertaking daily site inspections
Reporting
Approving invoices
About You
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow guidelines and procedures in place.
Confidence to work autonomously and the ability to follow up on all tasks in a timely manner.
High motivation with a strong sense of commitment to customer service.
Experience may be customer-facing such as hospitality, retail, real estate or management. Experience is not essential – we believe in providing all the resources to help you become a successful, long‐term building manager.
