Product Coordinator - Underground
Based in Perth, this key role is responsible for the administration of the UMR (Underground) capital equipment business. The position includes quote management, booking approval, product release for customer sales, and collaboration with other business lines on local modifications for the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and perform all administrative processes required from ordering equipment from the factory to customer delivery.
Work with the Australian Product Delivery team on local builds to maintain agreed delivery dates, costs and quality.
Maintain quote templates with the latest information.
Administer equipment in the UMR Underground Hire Fleet.
Become well versed in UMR (Underground) products and their available options.
Update the sales team as required.
Engage with other product managers around marketing and conferences.
Develop an understanding of the other business lines and how their product interacts/fits with capital equipment sales.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders; foster a positive relationship with other business lines to maximize all Epiroc opportunities.
Qualifications
Computer competent, use of Word, Excel and PDF.
Project management experience is an advantage.
Technical background is advantageous.
Experience in mining and related industries is well-regarded.
