Field Worker A (Open Space) – Full time, salary commencing at $70,601
Operate machinery and undertake detailed maintenance of garden and turf areas in parks and reserves.
Use brush cutters, blowers and mowers, and apply chemicals safely
Field Worker A (Sports Maintenance) – Full time, salary commencing at $70,601
Undertake general grounds maintenance within sports grounds
Establish and maintain sports turf areas and gardens in sporting venues
Assist with minor landscape construction works
Field Worker (Nursery) – Full time, salary commencing at $70,601
Undertake general nursery operations, including maintenance, propagation, plant production and customer-focused activities
Field Worker (Streetscape) – Full time, salary commencing at $71,662
Undertake planting and garden maintenance of streetscapes across the city
Operate and maintain machinery
Field Worker (Arboriculture) – Full time, salary commencing at $73,860
Undertake skilled arboricultural maintenance, including pruning, tree surgery and tree removal
Operate specific arboricultural machinery including woodchippers, elevated platforms and chainsaws
Field Worker B (Tractor Operator) – Full time,



salary commencing at $73,860
Operate a tractor and undertake general maintenance within parks and reserves
Ensure all machinery and equipment is maintained
Leading Hand (Arboriculture) – Full time, salary commencing at $76,889
Lead the team to complete tree maintenance safely and on time
Undertake pruning, tree surgery, tree removal and arboricultural maintenance activities including tree climbing
Operate and maintain specific arboricultural machinery including woodchippers, elevated platforms and chainsaws
About You

Demonstrated horticulture experience
The ability to work as part of a team to complete assigned tasks on time
A minimum of a C Class Drivers licence
Construction Induction card
FIT testing respirator test – workers must be clean‐shaven or have facial hair that doesn't interfere with the fitting surfaces and valve of the respirator
Some positions may require Q Fever immunisation.
