The Role
Working across Penrith, you will support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and motor neuron disease. This community‐based role involves delivering functional, participant‐led therapy across homes, day centres, parks, and clinic spaces.
Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
Build long‐term relationships and see real progress
Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Structured support is central to our program:
Graduate‐specific induction week covering NDIS, community practice,



and life at Better Rehab
1:1 discipline‐specific supervision
Six months of structured induction, training, and upskilling
Four paid study leave days per year
Laptop, phone, and fully resourced therapy kits
Flexibility & Rewards
Better Flex Policy – flexible schedule and the ability to flex off once client work is complete
Clear, achievable KPIs

Paid parental leave – 8 weeks (primary), 2 weeks (secondary)

Qualifications
Physiotherapy qualification (graduating in **** or January ****)
Passion for supporting people with disability
Driver's licence and own vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
