Role Overview

Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of an Information Management service through the specialised Creations Team.
Manage file creation requests, including naming files according to the Business Classification Scheme, defining file security and ownership, and ensuring compliance with data entry rules.
Provide advice on correct naming conventions for files and documents to all stakeholders.
Ensure customer‐centric, effective, productive, and timely services that comply with the State Records Act ****, the Communities Recordkeeping Plan, and other relevant legislation.
