What you'll experience in the program Over 12 months, you'll complete two rotations across different areas of the university, giving you the opportunity to explore,



develop new capabilities and discover where you can make the greatest impact.
You bring your curiosity, ideas and energy.
We'll provide hands-on experience, meaningful work, dedicated coaching, professional development and exposure to senior leaders across RMIT.
You'll build skills, relationships and confidence while contributing to projects that create real value for our students, staff and community.
You don't need prior corporate experience.
We're looking for people with potential, curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Temporary Graduate, secondary 457/TSS, provisional Partner visa) Please note: Applications are also open to candidates currently on a Student Visa, provided they will hold an unrestricted visa that is valid at the commencement of the program.
