What you'll do Be central to the client experience : You'll own and elevate the full client journey for a highly engaged book of music and entertainment clients.
Work at the intersection of music and business : White Sky's specialist roster now has access to BlueRock's broader services tax advisory, legal, insurance and private wealth giving you more ways to add value.

Manage client relationships : Act as the main point of contact for a premium client book, proactively solving issues and spotting new opportunities.
Own compliance and reporting : Oversee ATO dealings, monitor deadlines, prepare reports and support Governance, Risk Compliance.




Requirements About you Client-focused and decisive : Experience in client services or practice management within accounting/business services.
Technically solid : Comfortable with BAS preparation, ATO portal, Xero and CRM tools.
Organised and proactive : Juggles multiple clients and deadlines, anticipates problems and acts fast.
Music Fanatic!
Industry experience or a genuine interest in music/creative clients is highly valued.
A people leader : Experience managing or coordinating teams and contractors.
