About the Role
We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Stapylton production team and help deliver high-quality beverages to customers across Australia.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient line performance.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a structured 12-hour rotating roster.

Shift Pattern
* 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)
* 84 hours per fortnight
* Rotating roster:
* 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on
* 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
* Rotate fortnightly between day and night shifts




* Two full weekends off per month
Key Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machinery
* Maintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are available
* Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate where required
* Support line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activities
* Ensure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processes
* Always follow all workplace health and safety requirements
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or beverage environment (preferred)
* Experience operating production, packaging or manufacturing equipment (preferred)
* Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
* Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety processes (desirable)
* A forklift licence is not required, but will be considered advantageous
Pre-employment Requirements
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport required
