As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautifully presented spaces, you will ensure every room reflects the elegance and comfort Sofitel is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver impeccable cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms
Prepare guest rooms with precision:making beds, refreshing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring every detail enhances the guest's stay
Maintain housekeeping equipment and amenities with care and efficiency
Uphold Sofitel brand standards with consistency, pride, and professionalism
Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that anticipates guest needs
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a luxury or premium environment




A commitment and passion fordelivering refined, five‐star service
Robust physical capability and able to exhibit safe manual‐handling practices
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation
The ability to work collaboratively within ateam setting
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
Excellent time‐management skills and a proactive approach in enhancing the guest experience
