Awardco is seeking a Customer Success Renewal Specialist to own renewal execution and protect recurring revenue within our Australian team. You will drive value-based renewal proposals, engage customers throughout the renewal lifecycle, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth renewal process.
You will maintain CRM data integrity, track renewal metrics, and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion while supporting long-term customer partnerships.
