The Opportunity
Peregian Springs Country Club offers resort‐style retirement living in a peaceful, leafy setting just minutes from Peregian Beach and a short drive to Noosa. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high‐quality personal care, social support and daily assistance to residents within their Aveo home. Personal Care Attendants focus on wellbeing, promote independence, build social connection and assist with day‐to‐day tasks.
Week 1:
Monday (2:30 pm – 7 pm) and Thursday (2:30 pm – 7 pm)
Week 2:
Monday (2:30 pm – 7 pm); Thursday (2:30 pm – 7 pm) and Saturday split shift (7 am – 1 pm) followed by (3:30 pm – 7 pm)
Your Impact
Work independently within resident units to provide in‐home support including personal hygiene, medication, house cleaning, laundry and more.
Interact with residents within their homes or spend time out in the community completing daily activities (e.g., driving them to appointments or light exercise).
Provide care, tailored to the resident's needs in line with their current care plans.
Complete simple administration tasks, ensuring resident notes are up to date.
Follow all Aveo OH&S; policies and procedures and report any safety, security and resident incidents.
What You'll Bring
Experience as a Support Worker or Home Care Worker, with a passion for community care, independence and wellbeing.

Strong communication skills, with a genuine ability to build meaningful connections with residents.
Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance (required).
Valid driver's licence and vehicle (required).
Current First Aid & CPR certificate and two COVID‐19 vaccinations (required).
