We're working with a high-performing restructuring & advisory firm in Perth looking to bring on a
Manager
to join their growing
Corporate Finance & Restructuring team
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both
strategic advisory and hands‐on insolvency engagements
.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in supporting clients through complex financial situations—helping them make
informed, strategic decisions
across transactions, restructuring, and turnaround scenarios.
Working closely with senior leaders and the broader team, you'll be involved in both
corporate finance projects and formal/informal restructuring engagements
.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop robust Excel-based financial models for acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, and strategic initiatives
Review and test models to ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs and assumptions
Prepare model documentation, specifications, and key deliverables
Provide commercial insights to support strategic decision‐making
Restructuring & Insolvency:
Manage day‐to‐day aspects of formal insolvency engagements
Support stakeholder communication (written and verbal)
Assist on independent business reviews and informal turnaround engagements
Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome statements
Draft reports, presentations, and key correspondence
Team & Growth:
Act as a key member across multiple engagements
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to client relationship building
About You
5+ years' experience in
insolvency, restructuring, or corporate finance
Strong commercial acumen and problem‐solving ability
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders
A proactive, team‐oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
