You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and project teams to ensure procurement activities are delivered efficiently and in line with business requirements.
You'll be part of a structured procurement function where attention to detail and process adherence are critical. Your ability to coordinate tender documentation, manage supplier communications, and maintain accurate procurement records will be key to your success. Candidate Profile
You are an experienced procurement professional with a solid background in a similar role, ideally within a large or complex organisation. With solid organisational and communication skills, you bring a methodical, detail-oriented approach to managing procurement processes. You have demonstrated experience in the administration of bids and tenders, with a specific focus on the coordination and distribution of tender documentation to suppliers rather than technical bid writing. You are confident liaising with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office is essential. A professional, process-driven mindset and a collaborative attitude will ensure your success in this role.
