Are you a proactive, solutions-driven Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at turning complex requirements into successful outcomes?
We are seeking a
Car Park Project Manager
to lead the delivery of projects across their full lifecycle-from initial design and quoting through to implementation, upgrades, and decommissioning.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget, while upholding high technical and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Sales team (nationally) to gather customer requirements and provide consultation on the most appropriate carpark solutions to meet those objectives.
Directly liaise with potential customers to discuss parking and IT infrastructure requirements,
resulting in effective gathering of carpark project requirements.
Directly liaise with subcontractors and internal technical teams to ensure successful installation and commissioning of new sites, upgraded equipment solutions, and decommissioned sites.
Implement strong Project Management frameworks and processes to efficiently implement projects that:
Effectively document requirements, and how the Solution Design artefact proposes to meet those requirements.
Produce accurate carpark design artefacts to be used by support personnel post-implementation (i.e. "as-built documents").
Balance cost, function and business requirements effectively.
Result in a successful project outcome, within budget and time constraints.
Are thoroughly documented throughout the project process.
Contribute to the development of standardised, reusable collateral that allows Sales to understand the carpark technology products Secure Parking supports, and how to position them in-market.
Directly participate in tender responses where there is a technology focus, and/or the use of technology allows a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Proven project management experience and/or relevant tertiary qualification
Strong understanding of IT systems, including networking and infrastructure
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Robust commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
Experience in the parking industry
Knowledge of parking systems and related technologies
