About the Role
We are seeking Positive Behaviour Support Core Practitioners to join our engaged, supportive NDIS team. Multiple roles are available full-time or part-time across all Centacare South West NSW offices, including Albury, Griffith, Mulwala and Wagga Wagga. Applications are open.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities may include:
Supporting the delivery of individualised Positive Behaviour Support interventions under guidance from a Proficient or Specialist Practitioner.
Assisting with functional behaviour assessments and contributing to Behaviour Support Plans.
Providing practical support, training and coaching to families, carers and support staff.
Monitoring participant progress and contributing to reviews and updates of plans.
Maintaining accurate documentation, reports and NDIS-required records.
Collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, person-centred outcomes.
Relevant undergraduate qualification (Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work).
Registration with the appropriate professional body.
Eligibility for NDIS registration to provide Specialist Behaviour Support.
Certification by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BCBA), or working towards certification.
Masters-level qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field.
