About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Land Development Manager of Mass Residential Properties, this role is responsible for overseeing projects from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover — ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Construction Projects Manager is an integral role within the land development team to support the growth strategy of MAAS Residential.
About You
The Construction Projects Manager is an integral role within the land development team to support the growth strategy of MAAS Residential Real Estate. The role is an action-orientated leader, motivator and a proactive communicator of expectations, responsibilities, and deliverables along the critical project path.
To Be Successful
Proven experience in a Construction Project Manager role delivering commercial, civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.




Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
Tertiary qualification in Construction or Project Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Estimating, Architecture or similar is preferred.
10+ years project management experience in civil construction or residential property development industry is an advantage.
Experienced in administering and managing performance and compliance with civil construction contracts (AS**** and AS****) to formalise contractor works packages.
