Role Overview
We are seeking a
QA Site Support (Electrical)
to join our project team at Woolooga, QLD on a major utility-scale PV and BESS development.
This is a hands‐on role on a major BESS project in its final delivery phase, supporting quality assurance across electrical installations. You'll play a key role in ensuring the project is compliant, defect‐free, and ready for commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections across electrical works against drawings, specifications, ITPs, and Australian Standards.
Identify, raise, and manage Non‐Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring effective tracking through to close‐out
Monitor subcontractor workmanship on site, ensuring compliance with quality standards and escalating issues where required
Support QA documentation, including inspection records, checklists, photo evidence, and handover/close‐out dossiers
Key Requirements
Electrical trade or strong electrical construction experience
Construction White Card
Australian Driver's License
Experience on solar, BESS, substations, or large infrastructure projects
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Understanding of QA/QC processes and inspections
