We are excited to open a brand new store in Wangaratta in September ****. As a Corporate Store Manager you will lead from the very beginning, building a strong team, creating an excellent customer experience, and driving store performance every day.
Key Responsibilities
Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
Take ownership of day‐to‐day store operations with supported decision making
Lead, coach and develop your store team
Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs
Oversee store operations, stock and financial results
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards
Create a secure, positive and high‐performing team culture
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in fast‐paced customer service leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for developing people, culture and driving results
Ability to balance customer experience, team leadership and commercial performance
Resilience, proactiveness and a customer‐first mindset
Multitasking abilities without losing focus

Remuneration
Base salary $77,030 plus 12% superannuation and up to 15% annual bonus.
