An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced .NET Developer to join a major federal government transformation initiative.
Working within a collaborative development team, you will play a key role in enhancing critical business applications, modernising document generation capabilities, and delivering system improvements that support a large-scale operational environment. This is a hands‐on role requiring solid technical expertise, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes in a fast‐paced change environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET-based applications and supporting systems
Redevelop and maintain Microsoft Word templates, including macro and non‐macro solutions
Design, build, and support web‐based applications and reporting solutions
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and design effective solutions
Contribute to planning, testing, deployment, and documentation activities for application enhancements and updates
Collaborate within Agile delivery teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to solve complex business and technical challenges
Skills & ExperienceNeeded:
C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core development
Microsoft Visual Studio




RESTful APIs and Microsoft Web API architecture
CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing
SQL Server development and database support
Microsoft Word templates, mail merge, VBA, and document automation
Agile delivery tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
Essential Requirements:
Experience delivering technology solutions within Government or customer‐focused service delivery
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast‐paced environment
Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
Strong self‐management skills and the ability to work independently while remaining accountable for outcomes
AGSVA Baseline Clearance (or higher)
Agile, DevOps, or other relevant technology certifications
