We are currently seeking a site-based
Transport Supervisor
to join our busy team on a 2/1 FIFO roster to oversee the safe, effective and compliant delivery of transport operations across our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, operational excellence and team leadership.

The Opportunity
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to resolve day‐to‐day operational issues,
Organise and lead morning pre‐start safety meetings and follow up the implementation of action points raised,
Act as the key link between transport crews, contractors and senior management,
Work closely with project teams to ensure transport activities are completed on schedule,
Develop and implement short‐term transport and logistics plans,
Coordinate and drive delivery schedules to meet project milestones,
Coordinate transport activities to minimise delays, double handling and unnecessary storage costs,
Manage requests for information, approvals and design changes impacting transport operations,
Monitor transport performance and report progress, risks and variances,
Coordinate subcontractor activities and conduct regular performance reviews,
Lead weekly coordination meetings and maintain accurate records,
Monitor quality, productivity and schedule performance,
Support continuous improvement initiatives and change management processes.
Position requirements
Previous experience as a Transport Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, Construction Schedule 26 Statutory Position Certificate holder,
Supervisor or similar role within the civil construction, mining or infrastructure sectors,
Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle and transport operations,
Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and operational work programs,
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
Strong understanding of workplace health, safety and environmental requirements,
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes in demanding project environments,
Sound planning, scheduling and problem‐solving abilities,
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems,
Certificate IV or Diploma in Logistics, Transport, Civil Construction or related discipline,
HR/HC/MC Licence,
Construction Industry White Card,
Experience working on major infrastructure or remote WA projects.
