About the Role
We are seeking a creative, user-focused, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to transform ideas and user needs into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
User Experience Design
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to understand user behaviors and needs.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
Translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly design solutions.
Develop user journeys and interaction designs to improve product usability.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user experiences.
Identify user pain points and recommend design improvements.
User Interface Design
Design visually appealing and consistent interfaces for web, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
Develop UI components, design guidelines, and visual standards.
Ensure designs are optimized for usability,
accessibility, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints and brand experiences.
Collaboration & Product Support
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and product discussions.
Present design concepts and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
Support product improvements through data analysis, user feedback, and design iteration.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital design is preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and design execution.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, usability, and interaction patterns.
Experience designing web and mobile applications is an advantage.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS,
and frontend development concepts is a plus.
Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, color, and consistency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
