About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven
Supply Chain Manager
to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supply planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency improvement to ensure seamless product delivery and business growth.
This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who is passionate about operational excellence, process optimization, supplier management, and building resilient supply networks in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics.
Optimize supply chain performance to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service levels.
Establish operational KPIs and monitor supply chain performance metrics.
Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and improve supply chain resilience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Lead supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance management.
Manage sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
Monitor supplier capabilities, delivery performance, and compliance standards.
Identify new suppliers and strategic sourcing opportunities.
Inventory & Demand Planning




Develop demand forecasting and supply planning processes.
Optimize inventory levels while maintaining product availability.
Analyze sales trends, market demand, and operational data to improve forecasting accuracy.
Manage inventory turnover, stock levels, and warehouse efficiency.Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply and demand.
Logistics & Process Improvement
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Improve supply chain workflows through technology and automation.
Implement systems and tools to enhance visibility and operational control.
Prepare supply chain reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, operations, or logistics.
Proven experience managing suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.




Proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, or supply chain analytics platforms.
Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
