Your team welcomes you with open arms
As the Business Change Lead in Sydney, you'll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day.
In this role you will get the chance to oversee the successful delivery and coordination of the related projects ongoing within the integration workstreams throughout ASL's acquisition by Banking Circle. The purpose is to ensure cross functional optimisation, collaboration, and communication, to deliver on scope, time, and cost. You will maintain a portfolio overview of all projects and to flag all risks, impediments, and bottlenecks, communicating to workstream leads across ASL and Banking Circle and working to develop resolution plans. The portfolio overview should further hold enough information for management to be able to prioritise and distribute resources.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.
Exciting work is waiting for you

Things we'll look for on your resume
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have solid experience from similar roles where you have gained hands‐on experience with project/change management, lean practices, business modelling and process mapping. Ideally, you have a degree in finance.
You work with high professional and ethical standards, you can adapt, facilitate and respond positively to change. You have strong time and stakeholder management skills, and you work well in a global setting collaboration with people across multiple time zones at once.
