Based from beautiful Byron Bay, this fast scaling multi-million dollar AgriTech player sells premium Wagyu and Angus beef direct to Australian families, cutting out the middleman and reconnecting people with where their food actually comes from. But they're not just a beef business. They are building a modern agricultural company - combining regenerative farming, AI, automation and world-class customer experience - to create something that hasn't been done before. Now they need someone to help scale it properly.
About the Role
This isn't a "maintain what already exists" role. It's for someone who loves building - turning fast growth into systems, structure and repeatable success. You'll work directly with the company founder/CEO, taking full ownership of day-to-day operations while they focus on livestock, strategy and partnerships. You'll design the processes, lead the team, implement the tech, and make sure every part of the customer journey runs like clockwork. What You'll Own
Day-to-day operations across the business




Designing and continuously improving scalable systems and SOPs
Leading and developing our team, building a culture of accountability
Operational KPIs and business performance reporting
Alignment across marketing, sales, customer service, logistics and production
Driving efficiency through AI, automation and modern software (Shopify, CRM and beyond)
An outstanding customer experience from first enquiry to delivery
What We're Looking For
We care more about attitude and capability than ticking every box. You'll likely have:
Minimum 5+ years in Operations, General Management or Business Management
Experience helping scale a fast-growing business
Strong project management and systems-building skills
Shopify experience
Comfort with AI tools and automation platforms
Leadership experience across multiple business functions
A commercial mindset - you understand how marketing, sales, finance and ops fit together
