Are you ready to join a dynamic, growing boutique law firm where no two days are the same? Green & Associates Solicitors is looking for an experienced and proactiveAccounts Manager to manage the firm's accounts and financial administration and support the growth of the firm.

We specialise in criminal law, commercial law, property, wills & estates, and commercial litigation. About the Role:
Reporting directly to Principal, Dominic Green, you will be responsible for the firm's accounts and financial administration, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, issuing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the firm's financial processes. This is a hands‐on role where you will truly make a difference in the growth and smooth running of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accounts and financial administration support to the Principal.
Manage the firm's bookkeeping and financial records.
Undertake bank, credit card and account reconciliations.
Prepare and issue invoices and follow up outstanding accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with payroll, financial reporting, compliance and system improvements.




Liaise with the firm's external accountant and other service providers as required.
Ensure the firm's accounts are accurate, up to date and efficiently managed.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong bookkeeping, organisational, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and personable.
Proactive, autonomous, and able to "hit the ground running".
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software; ability to quickly learn new software.
Direct experience with legal practice management software such as LEAP, Affinity, SILQ or Smokeball, or transferable skills in similar accounting software from a different professional services industry.
Keen eye for detail, common sense, and street smarts, and a team player with a positive, approachable, and flexible attitude.

Experience:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts management, or financial administration.

Experience in invoicing, reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable is essential.
Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is an advantage but not essential.
Open-minded, willing to learn, and eager to contribute across multiple areas of the firm.
