Job Description
What success looks like
The Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator provides high-level executive support to the ELT while coordinating strategic projects and organisational initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring ELT operations are efficient, priorities are managed effectively, and key projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
The position requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline
Experience of working within employment services, community services, government or not-for-profit organisation's highly regarded
Understanding of governance and Board reporting processes
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant skills, Project Coordinator or similar senior administrative role
