The Role
The Clock is looking for a Head Chef who thrives in a busy, high-profile venue where quality food, strong leadership and great service go hand in hand. This is an opportunity to lead a well-established kitchen, shape a talented brigade and continue evolving a food offering that locals return for time and time again.
You'll have the freedom to influence menus, champion seasonal produce and build a kitchen culture people want to be part of. From leading fast-paced service to developing your team, managing costs and driving consistency, you'll take ownership of a kitchen that plays a key role in one of Sydney's most iconic pubs.
