The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated
Educational Leader
with knowledge and experience in a leadership role within the Early Childhood Educaton sector. Prior experience working in a Montessori service or recognised Diploma level Montessori qualification is essential for this role.
This is a predominately Non-Contact role, however may require occaisional lunch or programming cover in the rooms.
This is a diverse role that requires a candidate with a great understanding and knowledge of the NQF (National Quality Framework), QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines) and a passion for the Montessori philosophy. Must be able to be a strong mentor for the Lead Educators in the service.




This is a full-time position. The successful candidate MUST be able to work 5 days Monday-Friday.

Essential requirements to be successful
*The successful candidate MUST have full Australian working rights*
Hold a Diploma of Children's Services (Bachelor of ECE will be highly regarded)
Montessori Diploma (0-3 or 3-6) will be highly regarded
Show a clearunderstanding and knowledge of the NQF (National Quality Framework) and QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines).
Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in the workplace
Have a solid understanding of the EYLF and NQS
Experience with Childcare and Kidsoft would be highly regarded
Have a clear understanding of the Assessment and Rating process
Hold or be willing to obtain a current suitability card, First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
